In the cart, tick «It's a gift» and write your message, up to 200 characters. We send it on a card inside the package.

No prices on show
With «It's a gift» ticked, we leave the invoice and any prices out of the box.

Straight to them
Enter their address at the delivery step. We deliver to street addresses with a named recipient, not to PO boxes.

No surprises on timing
To Portugal and Spain, shipping is free and takes 3 to 5 working days. At the last minute, express delivery arrives within 48 working hours of dispatch, for €9.50 (mainland Portugal and mainland Spain). More in shipping.

What if it doesn't fit?
Cores rings are adjustable and, for the others, there's the size guide. If the size or the piece isn't right, there are 14 days from delivery to exchange it.

Gift questions
Can I ship straight to the person receiving it?
Yes. At the delivery step, enter their name and address. If you tick «It's a gift» in the cart, the invoice and prices stay out of the box.
I forgot to tick «It's a gift». What now?
Contact us with your order number before it ships and we'll take care of it. You can also send us the message for the card.
How do I get the ring size right without spoiling the surprise?
Borrow a ring they wear on the same finger, measure its inside width and look it up in the size guide. If it falls between two sizes, choose the larger one. Or choose a Cores ring: it's adjustable.
What if they want to exchange it?
It can be exchanged for another size or another piece up to 14 days after delivery. The piece must be unworn and in its original packaging. Contact us with the order number and we'll arrange the exchange.
Are the pieces hallmarked?
Yes. The silver and gold carry the hallmark of INCM, the Portuguese Assay Office. Find out more under Certification.
