Express delivery
For last-minute gifts, in mainland Portugal and mainland Spain: delivered within 48 working hours of dispatch. Choose «Entrega urgente» (express) at the shipping step, before you pay.

We deliver to street addresses with a named recipient. For security, we don't deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping box or padded envelope
On the outside, everything travels protected in a shipping box or a padded envelope.
Is it a gift?
- Your own message, on a card. Write it in the order notes, in the cart, and we will send it on a card inside the package.
- Ship it straight to them. Just enter their address at the delivery step.
- No prices in the box. Also write in the notes that it is a gift: we leave out the invoice and any prices.
- Ready to hand over. The Liliana Guerreiro paper bag always comes with the order.
Shipping questions
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order ships, you get an email with the tracking number.
Can I change the address after ordering?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If it hasn't shipped yet, we change the address.
Will I pay import duties?
Not within the European Union. Outside it, and also in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, the destination may charge import taxes and duties, paid by the recipient.
My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
Contact us with your order number and we will check with the carrier.
What if I want to return it?
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel the purchase without giving a reason. The piece must be unworn, in its original packaging and with the invoice, and return shipping is paid by the sender. See the steps in the refund policy.
